These terms govern the use of the socialmediatoupr.com website and the financial guidance services offered by Socialmediatoupr LLC. By browsing the site or requesting a consultation you accept these conditions.
1. Identification of the provider
Socialmediatoupr LLC, trade registry no. 478921-LLC, EIN 88-3210947, with offices at 254 San Francisco Street, Suite 3-B, Old San Juan, PR 00901, hereinafter «Socialmediatoupr» or «we».
2. Nature of the service
We provide private guidance, analysis and case-file preparation services before Puerto Rican and federal government agencies (P.R. Hacienda, FEMA, HUD, USDA, Social Security, among others). We are not a government agency and we do not guarantee the approval of any benefit; our obligation is one of means, not of result.
3. Eligibility and use of the site
To use our services you must be at least 18 years old, be a legal resident of Puerto Rico or the continental United States, and provide truthful, up-to-date information.
4. Fees and billing
The initial consultation and the preliminary audit are free. Engagement fees are agreed in writing before starting any case. We do not charge commissions on amounts obtained from the government.
5. Client obligations
You commit to provide truthful documentation, cooperate in the preparation of the case, respond to agency requirements within legal deadlines and notify any relevant change (address, marital status, income).
6. Intellectual property
All texts, graphics, templates and tools available on the site are owned by Socialmediatoupr LLC or used under licence. Commercial reproduction without written authorisation is prohibited.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Socialmediatoupr shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits or government decisions beyond its control. Our total cumulative liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you during the twelve (12) months preceding the event.
8. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or breaches caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, prolonged power or telecommunications outages, government decisions or administrative shutdowns.
9. Dispute resolution
Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith mediation. Failing agreement, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Puerto Rico Court of First Instance, San Juan Section, under Puerto Rico law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms to reflect legal or service changes. The current version is always published on this page, with the update date clearly stated.
